Joint strength- All joints will be stronger than the acrylic
being
joined. We will replace an entire item should any joint fail without
the
acrylic also breaking.

Watertight joints- All joints required to be watertight will be
factory
tested and for proof of their water tightness before despatch.

Materials- We will review all drawings supplied by you and
recommend
appropriate changes
2) Workmanship

All work will be carried out by appropriately trained and supervised
staff.

All work will be carried out to a higher than normally accepted best
practice
in the acrylic industry.
3) Visual Quality

The visual quality of all our products will exceed your
expectations
(subject only to the limits of the materials used).
4) Delivery

We will meet all our agreed delivery arrangements with you - this
includes,
date, time and place of delivery.
5) Follow Up Service

We will respond within one business day to any issue that you raise
after
delivery of your product.

If for any reason we fail in any of the above, we will stand by our
guaranty

Within 24 hours of notification, we will give you a written
report
of how we intend to right the situation.
